Join us for a time with the Olintlalli cooperative. This visit promises to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience that will immerse you in one of the country’s ancient practices.
We will venture into the ecological reserve canals and explore the fascinating Aztec cultivation system known as Chinampas. These biofilters were created on the surface of Xochimilco’s aquifer and are a remarkable example of ancient environmental engineering. After visiting Xochimilco, you have two options: head directly to Universidad Iberoamericana or stay at the vibrant Bazar del Sábado in the Plaza San Jacinto of San Angel. This charming area is renowned for its exquisite crafts, art pieces, and unique design items that perfectly embody the spirit of an aristocratic Mexican neighborhood.
